About Me

Education and Experience

Hi!

My name is Holly Conrady. I am a registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN) in the state of Pennsylvania currently serving the community by providing medical nutrition therapy to those in need. I graduated from Messiah University in 2018 with a B.S. in Nutrition and Dietetics, after which I completed my Master of Science at the University of Rhode Island, graduating in 2019. I have been a dietitian for the past four years working in a variety of clinical settings including senior care, diabetes education, hospital outpatient, and as a community ambassador.

My main specialties include weight gain, weight loss, and diabetes. I completed weight management and malnutrition programs through the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and have done extensive training to provide nutrition recommendations for people with type two and gestational diabetes. I have experience seeing people with a wide range of other health conditions such as high cholesterol, high blood pressure, kidney disease, digestive issues, prenatal nutrition, and more!

My Passion

I love interacting with people one-on-one, and feel that it's a privilege to be able to provide for an individual's nutrition and health-related goals. Sometimes, we know what we "should" do to eat healthier, but it's difficult to actually do it. I can help you find strategies to overcome those barriers that get in the way of meeting your goals. It's important to me to provide a judgement-free, privacy-ensured space to talk about your nutrition concerns. I want to help you feel better and improve your health. It's important to me to help motivate my clients by setting small, achievable milestones as instruments to lead you toward achieving your overall goals.

Simply put, helping people meet their goals makes me happy.
